Muy atentos con el carrito de golf, la explicación del cuarto y las toallas del ingreso. Nancy e Iris del Aranwa Kids: Dos personas entregadas en que los pequeños de todas las edades la pasen genial y brinden espacios para padres y familia de adultos. Génesis, Augusto, Alfonzo y Pierina, en el comedor siempre atentos ya que fuimos al paseo con una bebé de casi 3 años y una perrita bichon de 5 años y buscaban la manera de que pudiéramos convivir normalmente con el hotel y otros huéspedes. En el bar Jarana, Reddy nos dio muchos buenos cockteles (si sugiero mejor nivel de whisky y de pisco para los cockteles, se sienten algunos un poco fuertes por que usan componentes como red label de Jhonny Walker, a pesar de eso eran buenos cockteles). Y finalmente la última noche, nos atendieron de maravilla en el restaurante de Makis, donde hubo un error y rápidamente lo subsanaron para una excelente noche. El servicio es lo mejor de este hotel y creo que deberían promoverse más por ese lado, es de lejos su mejor propuesta de valor! Y el otro punto fuerte es que es el primero hotel en peru que está diseñado y realmente pensado para un Pet-friendly: desde los espacio, las zonas, el trato, las recomendaciones, es un valor enorme para las familias con mascotas. Sobre algunas mejoras menores: No es muy clara la información del horario del gimnasio y del spa. Nos dijeron que era 9am la hora de apertura pero después no dijeron que era 7am y no se nos dio clara la información y creo que un gimnasio debe estar abierto desde 6-7am para ser productivo para los huéspedes.

Excellent service. Staff very kind and proactive in founding solutions if anything happens. Good meals but the breakfast being very good needs to improve. Exceptional view and very near of El Chaco (harbor from boats to Islas Ballestas depart) and other attractions.
